Personal Training

A customized training plan is created once an assessment of the clients goals and physical capabilities has been completed.  Each in-home personal training session is 30 minutes and targets 2-4 muscle groups utilizing resistance training, cardio and isometric exercises.



Group Workshops & Classes

Great for schools, companies, hospitals, churches, health clubs, mothers groups and more!  Julie will work with you and your group to create a program that is just right for what you are looking for.  Ideal group size is 8-10 per group; may vary as needed.



Workplace Wellness

Educate employees on better food and lifestyle choices to live a healthier and happier life.  Julie will work with your company to create a program that is just right for the needs of the company and employees.   



A La Carte Services

Individual Coaching Sessions

  • Initial consultation - 45 minutes, complimentary, in person/phone/online.  We discuss health goals, review program options and which one would be the best fit to meet your goals.  
  • Individual sessions - 20 minutes, in person/phone/online


Kitchen & Pantry Makeover

  • Up to 2 hours
  • An in-home cleanout & reorganization to make things more user friendly for easy at-home cooking.
  • We will discuss the details on what stays, what goes and why


Smart Grocery Shopping

Julie will help start you on the road to not dreading the grocery store and on the road to success!  If you utilize online grocery ordering, Julie can complete your online grocery shopping list of items to select from each week.   

  • Up to 2 hours
  • Julie will meet you at a local supermarket to help educate you on how to shop the isles, plan for healthy snacks & nutritious meals and understand food labels.


Accountability Partner

Do you have your plan and know what you need to be doing, but need someone to  help hold you accountable to your plan?  Or maybe you need a little extra mid-week motivation to keep you going?  Either way, Julie is here to help provide motivation, inspiration and give you that little 'extra' to keep you going.
