My Blogging Journey Begins: Insights, Inspiration and Intention

Hello, dear readers!

I am thrilled to welcome you back to my blog!  I hope that things have been going well for everyone and that your 2025 is off to a great start! Since it has been some time since my last post, I thought it would be a good idea to reintroduce myself and the vision I have for my blog. So here we go……

My name is Julie Wiley, and I am Certified Fitness Trainer, Master Certified Health Coach and Certified in Coaching Healthy Behaviors and Providing Dietary Guidance.  I am excited to embark on a journey of sharing insights, tips and personal experiences related to health, wellness and happiness.  These are actually the 3 focuses of my business, Your Fit and Healthy Life. 

In my blog posts, you can look forward to:

-Health Tips – Whether it is nutrition tips, nutritious recipes, workout routines or it could simply be a random thought that sparked something within me, I’ll share practical tips that you can easily incorporate into your daily life.

-Inspiration and Motivation – Sometimes, all we need is a little nudge to keep us on track or even to just get us started.  I’ll share quotes, stories, and insights that have resonated with me and might with you as well.

-Community Connection – I believe in the power of community and support.  It is my goal (and purpose) to create a community that promotes and encourages living a healthy lifestyle.  Over the next year, I will be introducing opportunities for creating these communities.
